We are pleased to present our synopsis of the changes to the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program made by House Bill 3400. We have published it on our website so that you can download it for your files.

We are asking all clinics and dispensaries to notify patients and growers of these changes. There are only five months remaining until most of these changes take effect and patients as well as growers will have to make adjustments.
